General Policy - the basics
Welcome to Hampton Centre Party Supply Rentals, where we strive to make your event planning experience seamless and enjoyable. Our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction is reflected in our comprehensive rental policies outlined below.
Rental Rates
Our rental rates are flexible, catering to various needs with options for daily (8-hour), 24-hour, weekend, weekly, and monthly rentals. Special long-term rental arrangements may be negotiated to suit your event requirements.
Reservations
To ensure availability, we advise making reservations for rental equipment ahead of time. A down payment of 50% is required for most reservations. The lessee must provide a credit card, driver's license or state identification card, and home and event location addresses. In certain cases, security deposits or insurance may also be required to secure your reservation.
Damage Waiver Charge (DWC)

Delivery
We offer delivery and pick-up services for an additional fee. Deliveries are made to a convenient location such as a loading dock, garage, or driveway. A carry fee will apply for deliveries to areas like the backyard or inside the building. Additional fees apply for the setup and takedown of tables, chairs, silverware, dinnerware, backdrops, centerpieces, etc. Customers are required to be present at the time of delivery. Deliveries are scheduled throughout the business day without a set time. For precise delivery times, please consult a sales representative, and delivery will be priced accordingly.
Overtime
Off-hours labor is available at the rate of $65 per hour, with a two-hour minimum per staff member.
Inspection
All rental equipment is delivered clean and ready for use. Please inspect all items upon receipt to ensure they meet your requirements. Equipment should be returned clean.
Cleaning Deposit
China, glassware, flatware, and other cooking equipment are subject to a cleaning deposit. These deposits are prepaid by the customer and refunded upon the return of the items in clean condition.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least one month prior to the scheduled event date. Failure to cancel within this timeframe may result in a restocking fee or the forfeiture of deposits and payments.
